The all-new Dashboard is designed to give you a quick overview of what is happening with the most important aspects of your Service Direct Account. From your most recent Leads to billing information, everything you need to keep a pulse on your account health is here on one, easy-to-read page.
Lead Performance Metrics
At the top of the Lead Manager and Dashboard pages, we display the most important Metrics to help you understand how our service is performing in the Last 90 Days (the more Leads you Manage, the more accurate these Metrics become). The right and left arrows allow you to move between different Metrics.
Note: If you log in using a Manager Account, these metrics will contain all Leads from all accounts.

Lead Manager Snapshot
Quickly see your most recent Billable Leads in the Lead Manager Snapshot. For a complete listing of all your Leads, visit the complete Lead Manager to Search or Filter Leads, Manage Leads, listen to your call recordings, and more.
Note: If you log in using a Manager Account, you will see all Leads from all Accounts.

This section displays your Current Balance, Billing Threshold, and a few of your Recent Statements. Click the "View Billing Center" button to visit the full Billing Center.

Campaigns Manager Snapshot
This section displays a selection of your Enabled Campaigns, ordered by most Leads. You can click the Leads link to view those Leads filtered in your Lead Manager and you can click the Cost Per Lead link to edit your Cost Per Lead. Clicking the "View All Campaigns" button will direct you to your full Campaigns Manager.
